RETURNS - CHANGES

You have the right to return or change the products you purchased within a period of 14 days from the date you receive the products. Returns - Changes are accepted if the product has not been used, the packaging is intact and is accompanied by the manufacturer's card as well as the retail receipt or the invoice. If the product does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right not to accept your request for a refund - change, nor are refunds accepted for products that have passed 14 days from their purchase. The customer does not have the right to test the products before signing that he received the package, instead he must receive the package and then the test.

Swimsuits and socks are not returned for hygiene reasons.

CAUTION! The balls are inflated with a needle in sports, toy and bicycle shops or gas stations.

Money return

In case of return of the products, the refund process can be completed within 10 days from the date of receipt of the returned products. If the payment was made by credit card, by deposit or you have paid by cash on delivery, the amount of money related to the value of the goods is returned to the bank account number (National, Piraeus or Alpha Bank), minus 5 € shipping costs (concerns the shipment from customer to marinospor.gr) and not cash on delivery or bank fees. If the payment has been made by credit card and you have selected installments, then it is not possible to refund. There are also no refunds from our physical store for pickups made there.

Changes

In case of return-change, an e-mail should be sent to sales@marinospor.gr which will indicate the order code and the reason for the return or to be preceded by a telephone contact with 23810-25491. Goods to be returned must be sent to the headquarters of MARINOSPOR Heroon Polytechnic 24 Edessa, PC 58200 with the same courier that you receive your package. To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and the integrity of the packaging. in order to detect any obvious defects. The shipping costs of 5 € for the return-change of the products are borne by the customer and concern the shipment from the customer to the marinospor company and the re-shipment from the marinospor company to the customer.

Defective products 

In cases where marinospor products with poor or defective quality have been sold through proven fault of the marinospor or by mistake in receiving the order, in the pricing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, with bad packaging, etc. then it fully assumes the responsibility for the replacement, the cost of return (at which time it will deposit the corresponding amount of expenses in a bank account indicated to it), as well as the shipping costs.
