Directions for proper size calculation

Shoes: Stand up and measure your foot (preferably with a ruler for greater accuracy) from the heel to the tip of your big finger.

Clothes: For jerseys, measure around the chest, around the waist and around the hips. For trousers, count around the waist and around the hips.
