• Can my order be received from the store?

• How do I change some items in my account?

You can re-edit your personal information as follows.

• Can I open the parcel before I sign that I received it?

You do not have this possibility. However, if you do receive it and you wish for any reason to make a change, you will inform us by telephone or by mail, and after the postal company has agreed to receive the package.

• Store prices are the same as the site?
