Shipping - Payment
The delivery is made by COURIER CENTER, GENERAL POST OR ELTA COURIER and the delivery days are from Monday to Friday and from 9.00am to 5.00pm. The delivery of the order will take place within 3 working days (in hard-to-reach areas it may be delayed 1 to 2 days more).
If you call us by 14:00 by phone on 23810 25491 we will process and ship your order the same day.
The shipping cost is as follows:

If the products reach the destination you have indicated to us but there is no person to pick up the package then the distributor will leave a note urging you to contact the transport company. If there is no response within the next 10 working days, the package is returned to our store. In order to avoid the above situation, we suggest that addresses be selected where there will always be someone to pick up the parcel (eg workplace).
* Shipments to Cyprus are made only by prepayment of the order by payment by Credit Card, Deposit or Paypal. Pay on Delivery is not supported.
** The amount concerns shipments up to 2 kg and for any additional charge we will contact you, as the courier proceeds to titrate the parcels.
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
The product you ordered is not available: Among the thousands of products displayed in our online store there is the rare case that it has been sold out and our online system has not had time to automatically update the availability of the product. In this case, an employee of our company will contact you immediately to give you all the alternatives or even to cancel the order without any financial burden for the consumer.
During periods of sales, holidays, extreme weather or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure (e.g. pandemics), which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
In case it is impossible to contact you by phone and/or by e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because, for example, your details that you have entered are not correctly updated.

You can pick up your order from both of our stores.
3. Payment upon receipt of the order at your location (cash on delivery)
Pay the shipping distributor upon delivery of your order to your location. The payment method by cash on delivery applies to the cities of Greece, regardless of weight and is free.
4. Payment via Paypal
Pay for your order easily, quickly and securely via Paypal.
